Welcome to Rangai Bazar! Our primary goal is to provide your family with daily essentials at wholesale prices right at your doorstep. We strive to ensure that every product you receive is of the highest quality. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
As per our store policy, we offer a 3-Day Return & Replacement Policy for eligible items.
You may request a return or replacement within 3 days of receiving your delivery if the product meets any of the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective: The product was physically damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
Incorrect Item Delivered: The product delivered does not match your order.
Expired Product: The product has crossed its expiry date at the time of delivery.
Missing Items: Any product or part of a product is missing from the delivered package.
Note: Please check your products thoroughly in front of the delivery person. If you find any issue, you can immediately return it to the delivery personnel.
Due to the nature of the products we sell (groceries, food items, and hygiene products), certain items are strictly non-returnable once accepted and opened:
Perishable items (e.g., fresh bread, buns, dairy products) unless spoiled at the time of delivery.
Opened or partially consumed products (e.g., open packets of rice, dal, tea, coffee, snacks, or milk powder).
Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., soaps, oral care) if the seal is broken.
Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or mishandling by the customer after delivery.
If your item is eligible for a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Support within 3 days of receiving your order.
Provide Proof: Share your Order ID, Invoice, and clear photographic/video evidence of the damaged, expired, or incorrect product.
Keep the Item Intact: Please ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all original tags, labels, and seals intact.
If a return is validated and a replacement is not available or preferred, we will initiate a refund.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: The refund will be processed and sent to your preferred Mobile Financial Service (MFS) account (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) within 3 to 7 working days.
Digital Payments: If you paid online, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, MFS, etc.) within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank's processing time.
Delivery Charges: Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong or defective item delivered).
By Customer: You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
By Rangai Bazar: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or unforeseen logistical issues. In such cases, if you have already prepaid, a full refund will be initiated immediately.
